Perched on the 15th floor, this 1,275 sf Emery Roth apartment was reimagined as a minimalist pied-à-terre, designed for hosting guests and as an elegant retreat while enjoying the view. Walls came down. The kitchen opened up. Sightlines cleared. And suddenly, the space could do both, welcome a full table of guests, then fold back into silence. Custom DC Italia millwork, Viabizzuno lighting, a seamless Bulthaup kitchen, and flawless plaster finishes carry the vision. No excess. No room without purpose. Just clean lines, natural light, and sweeping East River views that do the rest.
