Adaptive Reuse of the former Saints Cyril and Methodius Catholic Church in a prominent Greenpoint area. The existing 4-story school building transformed into a new industrial loft residential building, where old-world charm meets modern loft conveniences. Exterior restoration with carved limestone accents and keystones; interior amenities include original, internally illuminated artwork and industrial light fixtures.
